Installer Position – Grow Facility Construction
We are hiring part-time Installers to join our dynamic team! If you’re ready to work hard, learn a variety of skills, and be part of a close-knit crew, this could be the job for you.
About the Role
You will be installing key components in commercial grow facilities, including:
Environmental controllers
Irrigation systems
Rolling tables
Drains
Dehumidifiers
Lights
This job requires using a variety of hand tools, climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, and occasionally operating in attics or confined spaces. Don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled installer.

Willingness to Travel: The job involves traveling to various job sites, with accommodations in Airbnbs or hotels.

Coachability: We’re happy to teach, but we need you to be open to learning.
Adaptability: Comfortable with a variety of trades and tasks.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with pulling wire, low-voltage systems, or experience in related trades is a plus.

Pay: $25.00/hour
Job Duration: 4–9 weeks per project
Location: Requires travel—lodging provided.
