We are hiring a commercial cleaner for a site located about 12 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport.
Details:
Pay: $25 per hour
Schedule: 3 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (before 4:00pm)
Set schedule – cannot be changed
Weekly Pay: $225
Type: 1099 contractor position
Requirements:
Prior commercial cleaning experience required
Must have reliable transportation
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Required to clock in using a mobile app and upload pictures of job completion each shift
Must be able to work independently and complete assigned work before 4:00pm on scheduled days
We Provide:
All chemicals and small tools (brooms, mop buckets, mops, rags, etc.)
Job Duties Include (partial list):
Cleaning and sanitizing office areas, lobbies, and restrooms
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Emptying trash/recycling and replacing liners
Dusting and wiping down surfaces
General upkeep of common areas
