We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Residential Construction Laborer / Clean-Up Person to join our team in Farmington Hills. This role involves assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the job site remains clean and organized. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Assist with construction tasks as directed by the supervisor
Perform site clean-up and debris removal
Load and unload materials and equipment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Operate basic construction tools and equipment
Demo and Site prep
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Chauffeur’s License with DOT certification
No previous experience required, but preferred
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
Strong work ethic and reliability
