Key Responsibilities:
Brick Cleaning: Use specialized tools and techniques to clean brick surfaces, removing dirt, stains, and other contaminants while ensuring the integrity of the brickwork.
Caulking: Apply caulking materials to seal joints between bricks, windows, and other structural components to prevent water infiltration and improve energy efficiency.
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for cleaning and caulking by removing old materials, ensuring surfaces are smooth and ready for treatment.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations, making adjustments as necessary.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in masonry, brick cleaning, or caulking is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions mostly outdoors. Lifting

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Reliable: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to completing projects on time. With the ability to get to and from Troy to start each day.
Construction: 1 year (Preferred), not required
