Seeking immediate hires for our local general contracting company for general labor; dealing with home repair, painting, and maintenance. We are growing and looking to expand w new crews and individuals to fill in some weak spots.
Ideal candidate would have some mechanical ability, basic hand tools and a valid drivers license. Day to day duties would be travel to and from job site; light carpentry, painting, drywall repair, electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, troubleshooting. You don't have to be super experienced- we will train the right person with an eagerness to learn a trade. Those are the areas we work in; you will not be on your own and will have the chance to experience these things first hand.
Willing to train someone with minimal expertise and a thirst for knowledge. Will have the opportunity to learn lots of technical knowledge about home repair and maintenance.
I am not looking for a master craftsman, this is an entry level job. Starting pay would be $20.
Ability to pass a background check required, no larceny or the like charges.
Site locations are in 4 counties, predominately Oakland and some Macomb.
