Ground Person that would also perform some interal hall cleaning in residental areas of buildings. A large cooperative housing community who values friendly, helpful person who understands that YOU are the first impression each visitor gets to experience.
The Grounds/cleaning person has the job of maintaining the look and upkeep of the property on a daily basis. Full Time for the right person, needs to be the first defence in keeping the community in good shape.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Interior and exterior clean up of parking lots, grounds and buildings.
Sweeping, dusring, moping of halls and landings.
Window cleaning of doors
Salting during winter season - light shoveling
Grounds upkeep (picked up)
Maintain grounds equipement and catrs in clean organized state.
Weeding and flower care
Curb cleanup up or sweeping
Trash removal
Applicants must have dependable transportation, clean driving record, drivers license, bond-able, able to lift 50lbs or more, work well with others. Ability to past drug screening and other background checks. Must take direction and understand customer service value.
