We manage several small office buildings in Royal Oak, MI. We are looking for a reliable handyman to help with various tasks on a weekly basis, including routine maintenance and emergency calls.
Some of the tasks include:
General property maintenance-inside and outside
Light carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, etc.
Troubleshooting HVAC systems
Basic plumbing tasks
Basic electrical tasks
Pay: $30-40 per hour depending on experience
