Looking to add a guy to a window crew, starting position with year round work 5 days a week , in the cold/ heat and weather that isnt ideal with plenty of room to move up and progress in this field, you will be expected to keep the jobsite clean and maintained, you'll need to carry the new windows inside the home and carry out the old windows , some windows are heavy, so be prepared to lift more than 100 pounds occasionally, clean up debris and set up and break down saw tables , lay down drop cloths in the area we are working , we work in upper scale homes so professionalism is a must and can also train the right individual to progress and have more responsibilities, must have reliable transportation, we work all over SE Michigan and typically work 6 to 8 hours a day and pay is weekly on Friday, pay is a week behind so the first check is held back, daily rate can be discussed , this is a starting position, not looking for guys who can ( do it all ) would like to start someone immediately
