We are seeking established, experienced, and professional home cleaners to serve properties located throughout the Metro Detroit area.

Key Terms and Conditions:
+ This is not an offer for employment, but rather, would be an independent third-party contractor (1099)
+ You will need to need to provide proof of business liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance (if applicable)
+ You will be responsible for providing your own cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment necessary to perform the scope of work
General Requirements and Qualifications:
+ Responding party should have at least 3 years residential cleaning experience
+ Greater than 3 years experience operating a residential cleaning company is strongly preferred
+ Strong attention to detail with a "customer first" mentality
+ Established operational controls to ensure work is performed on time, on budget, and consistently meets requirements
+ High levels of professionalism at all levels of the organization.
+ Strong verbal and written communication
Task Descriptions:
+ Contracted work will generally follow basic home cleaning tasks and duties such as sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming floors/upholstery, polishing & dusting surfaces, cleaning & disinfecting bathrooms, and performance of other cleaning responsibilities.
+ Cleaning staff will be expected to provide photos & documentation of work through prescribed software applications
