We are currently, hiring for a Janitorial Supervisor This position is responsible for the follow but not limited to:Oversees a crew of 8 employeesInspects completed work for conformance to standardsResolve workers problems, coaches, and or counsels employeesSupervise and coordinates activities of workers in cleaning and maintaining premisesInspects equipment to ensure it is in good working conditionPerforms duties of workers supervised when necessarySupport employees through training, coaching, planning, directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems COMPENSATION:This position is Mon-Fri from 2:00pm-10:30pm.
