Driver/Junk Removal Specialist
At first glance, this role might seem like it's just about removing items from a home or business. THIS IS NOT THAT. Our motto is, “We’re here to help” Junk Removal Made Easy! On any given day, you will be helping people in our community who are downsizing, overwhelmed with clutter, dealing with the loss of a loved one, feeling overwhelmed to part with sentimental items they no longer need, and so much more.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Safely drive & operate our service truck and trailer.
Deliver exceptional customer service
Physical labor/moving
Independent, decision-making/leadership. Every load has its own strategy and destination
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver’s License is an obvious MUST!
2-3 years of violation-free and accident-free driving
CDL Not Required
Experience driving & operating a pick up truck and trailer is a plus -willing to train the right candidate

This is a full-time position (35-40 hours a week)
Additional Pay:
Customer-service tips are a regular occurrence
incentive bonuses related to profitability of the company
"Onboard a Friend" bonus (if a friend gets hired and works 3 months, you get a $300 bonus)
WHEN YOU’LL WORK:
Full time
Day shifts, some Saturdays
Booking schedule is open M-F 8am-6pm and Sat 8:00am- 6pm
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Own a working smartphone with your own data plan
Reliable transportation to the office
Clean driving record
Experience moving/hauling
