The ideal candidate must be skilled, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Physical stamina (ability to lift heavy objects as needed, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, etc.)
Perform various construction tasks such as airless paint spraying, rolling, brushing plastering, restoring, renovating, caulking, sanding, minor drywall repair.
Use power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Attention to detail.
Familiarity with painting tools and materials.
Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Customer service skills, if working with clients
Additional Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
Must have basic hand tools.
Must have logical decision-making skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Must be willing and able to follow directions, processes, and instructions as provided
