We are looking for a dependable, outgoing, and capable employee to join our Landscaping Team for a seasonal position from April until November.
We are an established Landscaping business working in the West Oakland and Northern Wayne County areas (Milford, Commerce, Novi, South Lyon, Northville, Brighton, Plymouth, Canton, Bloomfield). We offer high quality, professional residential landscape construction services such as landscape installation, brick pavers, retaining walls, water features, and landscape lighting. We are not a grass cutting / lawn service company nor do we offer snow removal services.
We offer competitive pay and a positive, energetic working environment. Wages begin at $13 per hour and increase based on skill and experience. 10-20 hours of overtime is available weekly.
Applicants must be able to:
⢠Be proactive and complete basic landscaping laborer tasks safely and efficiently such as digging, raking, moving (via use of a wheelbarrow) and hand-carrying materials, etc.
⢠Lift 50+ lbs. throughout the day
⢠Come to work motivated, work well in a team environment, and take direction
⢠Work long hours as needed, Monday through Friday 8AM - 6PM and Saturday 8AM - 4PM, with overtime offered. Sundays Off.
Qualifications required:
⢠Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (this is important!)
⢠Detail oriented to uphold strict professional standards
⢠Experience in performing and ability to perform continuous physical labor
⢠Honesty and reliability
⢠Provide good references
⢠Must be drug-free and pass a drug and physical examination
⢠Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish)
