Currently we are seeking to fill a Lawn Crew/Fall Clean Up Crew member position for our 2025 season! This position will include the final weeks of lawn care and transition into our Fall Clean Ups. We perform services for small to medium size residential properties. Crews consist of 2-3 man teams. Lawn Care and Fall Clean Up responsibilities include: lawn cuts, leaf removal, gutter cleaning, debris removal, etc.
Work weeks consist of 5 mandatory days (Mon-Fri). Weekends may be used in the case of bad weather or scheduling changes during the normal week.The typical work week for clean ups consists of 40-48 hrs Mon-Fri. Additional hours may be given on weekends for clean ups and/or landscaping
For Crew Member Position;
-MUST have labor experience (lawn/clean up preferred)
-MUST be able to work the occasional 6 day week.
-PREFERABLY will have experience power equipment (Backpack Blower, Whips, Edger, Hedge Trimmer, etc)
Compensation:
1) Starting at $20 per hour.
2) Over Time (OT) is available after 40 hrs.
3) 401K available after 60 days.
Payments are made every two weeks on Fridays.
