Looking for a Janitor/Handyman to work in a boy school that runs 24/7. Position is mostly 1st shift but, candidate may be called to work or troubleshoot irregularly on the other two shifts. Pay: $25/hour.
Qualifications:
1) Handyman skills and knowledge;
2) Not afraid to ask questions and will research to solve problem themselves-self-reliance;
3) Must have a good mechanical aptitude and knows how to repair machinery;
4) Situationally aware;
5) Affable;
6) Energetic-not a procrastinator;
7) Will act on tasks with immediacy. Anything that is out of place is remedied immediately.
8) Safety oriented and have a good deal of common sense.
