We are looking for a maintenance man with experience . MUST have your own tools, high ladder and truck or van .
Many jobs are at higher heights and on roofs doing repairs and gutter cleanings . Must be skilled at small cement repairs, small electrical and other maintenance jobs
People with little or no experience will not be interviewed .
