Description:
We are seeking a skilled maintenance person with expertise in carpentry and drywalling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for home improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing trim, and repairing structures.
Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall for interior spaces.
Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Complete repairs and renovations in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in carpentry and drywall installation.
Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Great communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience. expect 30 - 40 hours a week
