Small trucking company in Livonia Michigan is seeking a hands on mechanic helper for our fleet. We have been in business for 10 years and are growing. The ideal candidate will have the following: Mechanical knowledge/Background, Dependable, honest, familiar with shop tools, quick learner, work independently, and available for overtime as required and with short notice. We do all the preventive maintenance on our fleet which includes oil changes, brakes, changing tires, general maintenance. Pay depends on experience and must have valid drivers license. You will be assisting with weekly maintenance and general fleet repair. Heavy lifting may be required. Typical work week is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday with long hours on the weekends.
