Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc., a leader in landscaping and snow/ice management for, is seeking dedicated and skilled drivers for the upcoming 2025 - 2026 snow season. The ideal candidates will ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations and de-icing services during winter weather for commercial properties only. This is an on-call, weather-dependent role that requires reliability, flexibility, and professionalism.
Duties:
- Operate snowplow trucks, loaders, and/or salting equipment safely and effectively.
- Clear snow from parking lots, drives, and walkways to maintain safe access.
- Respond promptly to changing weather conditions.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments.
Qualifications:
- Valid chauffer driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial snow plowing and salting experience.
- Willingness to work late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as storms occur.
- Reliable transportation to and from our office (this is the starting point for all equipment and truck operations)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
