Part-Time Cleaner / Janitor – Plymouth, MI (Evening Shift)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitor to join our team. The position involves maintaining a clean and orderly office environment in Plymouth, Canton, and Livonia, MI.
Schedule & Hours:
Monday–Friday
Flexible start times after 5:30 PM
Each cleaning typically takes 2–3 hours
Key Responsibilities:
Empty trash and recycling
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Dust and wipe surfaces
Perform other general cleaning tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Available to work evenings
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Clean background (felony-free) and ability to pass a drug screening
Neat and professional appearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
Compensation:
Starting at $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $20.00 per hour based on performance and efficiency after 90 days
All equipment, supplies, and training provided
