Downtown Milford Landlord, looking for individual to help in "Spring Clean-up".
Power washing, cleaning; offices, windows, help wife planting, light painting, moving items within building, prepping offices for new tenants, preparing & handling garage sale, etc
Paying 20.00 per hour, 4 - 5 hours per day, 3 - 4 days per week for several weeks, (flexible, could turn into something longer term as landlord is purchasing additional property).
Ideal for High School/College student, very flexible with hours and respectful of abilities.
