We are seeking skilled Plumbers, Electricians, Painters, Contractor’s to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible to perform handyman/carpentry tasks for new and old homes in the Oakland, Livingston and Wayne County areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience and a high level of knowledge with hand and power tools, and capable to perform basic home plumbing, electrical, painting, and/or handyman tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and electrical systems in residential homes
- Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, construction workers in a professional manner
- Utilize hand tools for cutting, bending, and threading pipes, electrical wires and framing
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Conduct inspections to identify home owner’s issues and propose solutions
- Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction, electrical, framing, plumbing is preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in all types of home repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with carpentry is a plus
- Must be a person with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
