We are seeking a skilled Screen Print Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating screen printing machinery, with a knowledge of different garments and types. Employment would be full-time with 40 hours Monday - Friday with overtime possible.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
Ensure machines are calibrated and running properly to achieve desired results.
Monitor production run to maintain quality control standards.
Mix and prepare inks to the correct color and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Screen Print Machine Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in setting up and operating screen printing machinery.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Knowledge of different inks, materials, and their applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
