Our Lawn and Snow company has been servicing the Rochester area for over 30 years! We are looking to add members to our team to assist our sidewalk crew this winter.
This is an On-Call position, dependent upon weather conditions. You would be responsible for working with our sidewalk crew, using snowblowers/shovels to clear commercial sidewalks of snow, then salt those walks using push-behind salt spreaders.
Applicants need to be physically able to complete the work and need to be available on an on-call basis based on weather conditions. We understand that you may not be able to work every single event, but we provide bonuses for those who can! This is a great way to earn extra cash in a short amount of time. Our typical nights range from 8-16 hours.
Pay is $25 per hour. Having a driver's license in good standing is not required but is a bonus! Those who show up and do reliable work will also be offered full-time summer positions (April-December), and a possibility to advance to driving one of our plow trucks.
