About the Role:
As part of our maintenance crew, you’ll perform a variety of essential property tasks, including:
Lock Change & Lock Box Installation – Secure properties with HUD keys and other specialized locks.
Trash-Outs – Clear away property debris at a competitive rate of $25 per cubic yard—well above the market average.
Interior Refresh – Keep homes sparkling by mopping, wiping, and polishing.
Lawn & Snow Care—Ensure properties look their best by cutting grass in summer or removing snow in winter.
Trimming & Landscaping – Shape up trees, shrubs, and vines for well-manicured landscapes.
Repairs & Maintenance – Assist with everything from HVAC filter replacements to flooring and paint touch-ups.
