Key Responsibilities:
You’ll wear many hats, including:
Janitorial Services: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all facility areas.
Security & Concierge Services: Deliver security oversight and concierge support, enhancing experiences for guests and employees.
Energy Solutions: Manage systems, promote energy efficiency, and oversee repairs.
Repair & Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and maintenance to keep all facility systems running smoothly.
Painting: Handle interior and exterior painting projects.
Pest Control: Implement environmentally friendly pest control solutions through Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
Your role:
24/7 Availability: On-call support, ensuring the facility is functional and safe 365 days a year.
Tech Integration: Use advanced technology to streamline processes and elevate service quality.
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address issues before they arise.
Customer Support: Be the point of contact for any facility-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Experience in facility management, maintenance, or similar support roles.
Strong technical skills and familiarity with facility management software.
Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication abilities.
Team player and independent worker.
