National Law Firm focusing on Debt and Real Estate seeking a Part Time "Of Counsel"
(Licensed Attorney) to perform oversight and handle the firm's 'in state' files. Candidate must have experience in foreclosures and consumer debt related matters. Compensation is on a per file basis, with additional compensation for any litigation or matters outside the scope of this role. We will not require fees for clients that result in referrals for the candidate’s primary practice, nor will we require a percentage/fee for any additional services provided to any of these clients by the candidate's firm.
Compensation: We will pay $200 per file immediately upon receipt of the referral of the file from your firm. Your firm will have access to the file via our CRM, and are tasked with reaching out to the client/introduction, stating that they are 'in state' counsel, and that although the primary contact for the process will be our firm, that you are also available to assist.
For any and all ancillary legal matters, including active foreclosure defense litigation, the "of counsel" can retain the client directly, and we can serve as the back office without requesting or receiving any fees.
