High School diploma or its equivalent
Graduate of a technical school a plus.
Ability to work under direct supervision, within broad guidelines of procedures and goals.
Basic knowledge of shop standards.
Be able to use tools such as pliers, knives, hacksaws, wire strippers and other small tools.
Solid work ethic.
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers.
Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism among co-workers.
Must be dependable; trustworthy; and possess a positive and productive attitude.
Willing and able to work extended hours.
