MATERIAL HANDLERS WANTED - REDFORD, MI
MULTIPLE TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITIES
We have partnered with a global company that supports premier automotive and technology companies with their supply chain needs. We are hiring for their site located in Redford, MI! We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in a material handler role!
This site contains a variety of car parts that vary from small pieces such as nuts and bolts up to as large as transmissions.
Responsibilities:
Packing and Repacking Parts
Scanning parts
Ensuring logs/packaging data is entered properly in the computer system
Auditing packages to ensure proper parts are included
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs -You will rotate to different warehouse areas, so that you are not doing heavy lifting multiple days in a row
Meet the physical demands of lifting, standing, bending, etc.
Stand-up or sit-down forklift experience is a plus
Basic computer skills are a plus
HS Diploma or GED
Shifts Available:
1st shift: 6:00 am- 2:30 pm or 7:00 am- 3:30 pm depending on the department
2nd shift: 4:30 pm- 12:30 am
Pay Rate $12.50/hour
