Staff Finders has immediate openings for our manufacturing client in Troy and St Clair Shores that is looking for machine operators (robotic spot welding) on 2nd and 3rd shift! This is a temp to hire opportunity.
PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS REQUIREMENT (THIS IS FOR 2ND SHIFT ONLY!): If there are no tardies/absentees within the first 5 full weeks of employment (including weekends), you will be given a one time $100 attendance bonus on the following check after the fifth full week of perfect attendance is completed.
Shifts:
- 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm or 2:30pm-11pm Mon-Fri Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am Sunday night-Friday morning Must be available to work weekends
Requirements:
Have recent, stable manufacturing experience to qualify for this position
Have reliable transportation to/from the job
Be able to stand for 8-10 hours throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment
Background check is performed as part of pre-screening process
