About the Role Endless West is seeking a warehouse associate for our Detroit production facility. The warehouse associate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and storing inventory as well as picking, packing, and shipping outgoing orders. They will keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times while complying with relevant safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Note: This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm. Additional overtime hours are not typical but may be required. Compensation will be $19/hr. Responsibilities Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments of all materials, ingredients, and packaging.Inspecting, processing, and storing inbound materials.Picking, packing, and staging outbound inventory.Supporting production team in the staging of raw materials and packaging for production runs.Wrapping, labeling, and storing pallets of newly finished products.Participating in monthly inventory counts.Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.Ensuring adherence to quality standards and health/safety regulationsCompleting other tasks as required by your Manager/Supervisor. Qualifications 2+ years work experience as warehouse worker, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing plant.Proficient in forklift operation.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailOrganized and proactive.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Valid forklift certification within the last 5 years Physical Requirements This can be a physically demanding position at times. You must be able to be on your feet for eight hours or more per day performing what sometimes can be repetitive and strenuous tasks.Must be able to kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.Although work is performed indoors, conditions frequently become damp/wet due to the nature of production.Work can become loud during bottling.
