Dave’s Collision Collision is a very busy independent auto body and mechanical repair facility. We offer our customers a full and complete array of automotive services. We work on: RV’s, Boat’s, Semi - Trucks, Trailers, Heavy Equipment, Cars and more. We are exploding with new large commercial accounts and growing at a rapid pace!

We need to hire a Administrative Assistant who is self-motivated and has a good work ethic. A candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities – Administrative Assistant:

Oversee account recievables

Assist with increasing organization and efficiency in the office

Gather and document new client and current client’s information

Create and provide reports and other information as needed, in a timely manner to other departments

Assist owners and managment team to develop positive measureable changes with the company

Carry out a variety of administrative tasks.

Assist with projects as needed

Liaise with clients and other staff

Ability to create and maintain multiple logs and spreadsheets on information needed for the day-to-day processes of the

company

Other duties, as may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements – Administrative Assistant:

At least 3 years’ experience is preferred

QuickBooks experience is a MUST

Prior Auto-Body shop expierence is a plus

Good communication and customer service skills

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Organized with attention to detail

A good work ethic and ability to multi-task

A positive attitude and professional appearance

Punctuality

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
