Position open for a person to run & maintain our office for a small ground service & landscape supply company.
Qualifications
Experience in data entry, administrative support, or related role.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency with a Mac computer and its applications.
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
Writing up orders and collecting payment.
Accounts payable & receivables.
Processing transactions in Quickbooks.
Creating & submitting proposals.
Ordering supplies & material.
Light office cleaning as needed.
