High Energy, 30 year experienced Entrepreneur is seeking a dynamic office person for my growing small business marketing company. You must be highly detailed oriented with the ability to process a large amount of work while working independently. You thrive on assisting customers and the outside sales team. Being responsive to emails and clear communications is essential.

About this industry:

We have access to over 3,000 vendors and 1,000,000 items available to offer our customers. Clients include schools, churches, insurance companies, auto repair, real estate and more. Every business needs what we sell. If it can be printed, we can most likely do it.

The company has been in existence for over 5 years. Having had over 400 employees during my career, I treat my staff with professionalism and dignity. As this position is in my family home, I expect this person to have Christian values and have honesty and integrity.

The job will be performed as contract work at my place of residence and remotely at your home.

Responsibilities Involve:

- Exceptional Proficiency in general office functions

- Customer & Operations communication

- Proficient written, email & phone skills

- Accounts Receivable (Invoicing) Experience with QuickBooks

- Payments & Collections

- Communication with vendors in creating Purchase orders.

- Filling Out Paperwork, Taking Orders, Estimates

- Strong administrative & basic accounting skills

- Submit unfinished artwork to the graphics team and proofing of artwork files.

- Knowledge of different file types, AI, PDF, EPS, DST.

- Receiving of orders, Light lifting required.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma

- Minimum Experience: 10 years Working Knowledge, Minimum of an Associates Degree or work experience.

- Dependable and Independent

- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, One Drive, Downloading files, Trello)

- Proficient QuickBooks skills (basic bookkeeping knowledge)

- Strong: Organization, Multi-tasking, Detail Attention, Memory & Time Management Skills

- Understand the ability to protect the privacy of company information.

- Typing skills of at least 50 wpm with exceptional accuracy.

- Using a Heat Press would be beneficial

-Work environment: Christian environment and treated with respect. Help me take this business to the next level. NON-Smoking. 20 Hours per week, possibly more. 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. will work 3 days per work. Remote assistance on your days not in the office would be helpful.

-Must be mature and have the ability to not get distracted by your cell phone text messages.
