Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role supports the CEO, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include clerical and administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.

Familiarity with RealComp/MLS, Buildium, Basecamp, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.
Interest in becoming a licensed real estate agent and pursuing sales.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate, based on experience.
Subject to a 90-day probationary period.
Profit-sharing bonus, 4-day work week, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Healthcare coverage.
