A Tax practice in Troy is in Urgent and immediate need of 4 Temporary-Part-time front desk help position(s). We are looking for Candidate(s) with good people skills, computer skills, a flexible schedule, a sense of humor, and who is Punctual, efficient, organized, and a team player. Knowledge or experience of Real estate, Customer Relations , Tax software, MS office and Quickbooks will be added help. We will give priority to candidates in the vicinity of 10-15 miles of radius from Troy and who have their own vehicle.
Due to the financial nature of the business Punctuality, Integrity and high ethical standard is expected by the employer. Also employer would need strong references, Drug and background check(s) before employing
Commitment to stay employed with us is important till the end of the tax season which ends 04/15/2024. Depending on the performance, hired Employee may be asked to stay till 04/30/2024 or beyond. Depending on the schedule and busy situations, the employees could be asked to stay until 8 PM at nights, and also have to make themselves available on the weekends.
Job duties include:
.Customer service with a smile
.Answering phones and email, text messages
.client intake, scheduling, file management, billing and coordination with clients.
