Property Rehab Central, LLC is seeking part time office assistance to work in our office located at 24225 W. 9 Mile Rd Southfield MI 48033.
Duties include:
Basic filing and Data entry
Answering calls from tenants and creating work orders
Scheduling utility services
Copying, Faxing and sending various emails
Preparing notices to tenants
Limited rental property site visits to take photos
Collect rent in the office and prepare receipts
Must have reliable transportation
(We will offer training for this position)
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30-4:30pm and Tuesday 10am-2pm
Rate of pay $13-$15 per hour depending on experience
