We are accepting resumes for the position of Community Manager at our professionally-managed apartment community north of Detroit.
The Community Manager is responsible for all activities to ensure their property is operating in an efficient, cost-effective manner while providing high-quality, well-maintained housing to residents.
Candidates must have 2+ years’ experience with an affordable apartment community, strong multifamily knowledge of Section 8 and the ability to manage all aspects of a busy family property.
