Experienced Leasing/Showing Agent Wanted - Single Family Rentals (Detroit)
Growing property management company with 25+ years in business and hundreds of properties under management is looking to add 1-2 leasing agents to help manage our growth. Our portfolio is mainly in Detroit. We typically have 5-8 vacancies at all times and need someone who can hit the ground running.
No office to report to—the properties you lease are your office.
What You Bring:
Provable experience in single-family leasing/showing
Available for showings on weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed
Available for both individual showings and open houses
Reliable transportation
Tech-savvy or at least willing to learn
Self-starter/self-motivated
Has an existing process for leasing
The Job:
Contact prospects daily by phone, email, and text
Set up showings and open houses
Sell the rental homes during showings/open houses
Generate applications
Run applications and follow up on missing documents/information
Work to approve/deny applications
Provide weekly updates on what you've done on individual homes
Provide weekly strategy on what's needed to get a home rented
Pay:
½ month's rent when a tenant moves in
What We Provide:
We list the homes for rent in our software that syndicates out to the top 25 sites
Happy to pay for bandit signs or help you get homes listed on specific sites you want
