Are you a skilled leasing agent passionate about matching people with their perfect home? Join our established and growing property management team! With decades of success in managing hundreds of properties, we’re looking for a motivated professional to help us lease our single-family homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lease single-family homes in Detroit and surrounding inner suburbs
- Work closely with prospective tenants to match them with the right properties
- Handle an average of 3-5 property turnovers per month
- Assist with filling vacancies quickly and efficiently with qualified tenants
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience is a must, particularly with Section 8 housing and working with lower- to middle-income tenants
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation, a computer, and a phone
