50 unit apartment complex looking for a maintenance guy that is currently working as a maintenance guy at an Apartment Complex.

Basic responsibilities
· Painting and drywall fixing
· Changing light bulbs, installing and checking smoke detectors
· Grounds work; i.e. mowing lawns, shoveling/snow-blowing in the winter, trash removal
· Repairing broken cabinets, doors/window screens
· Lock changes/key copies
· Garbage disposal repair or installation
· Light fixture repairs
· Basic Plumbing repairs/snaking out drains
Must have own reliable transportation, and basic tools.
