High volume real estate company is looking for a reliable individual to join our team. We buy in Detroit metro and surrounding areas (Westland, St Clair Shores, Warren, Etc. Looking for someone willing to travel in the immediate area.
This is a paid per job type position. This person will go to various local properties and take a ton of photos, add lockboxes when necessary, and fill out a walkthrough sheet with in depth information of the property (we will provide the sheet). All information and photos should be added to google drive or dropbox and sent to us with your invoice. Then payment will be rendered.
Some houses will be vacant and you will need to meet the seller to get keys. Other houses may have tenants. Looking for someone with a great personality and professional demeanor to represent our company well.
Note: We are investors so many of these homes desperately need repair.
We need someone with:
Reliable Transportation
Fast response times
Dependable and Thorough
Good photo quality (camera photos ok as long as quality is good)
When we have a new job, we will reach out to you. The expectation is 24 hour turnaround time.
Pay is $50 per house.
