I am specifically seeking individuals with years of experience in the armed forces or law enforcement, or operating a tow truck, who might have imploded their lives for any number of reasons (drugs, booze, women), got their life back on track on their own, and are actively looking for a second (or even third) chance.
Because I offer budget services, I must keep hourly wages reasonable but, unlike with handyman work or teaching, I personally know next to nothing about either field. You provide the experience in the field. I attempt to grow the business ASAP by giving raises to my best employees every month until I have only qualified, loyal, happy, dependable workers in both areas.

2. Two most relevant previous employers (who I may eventually call)
3. Understanding my transparent strategy of hiring as many men as possible for as little as possible, then giving monthly raises to those who deserve it, what hourly rate would you be willing to start at?
Please note that it will take months to properly staff up, but I’ll be “test-hiring” right away, as in cash money within two weeks of first contact and potential full-time employment 2025.
I believe in a “base pay-rate plus commission” incentive system, so here is how I envision it working out for both positions: 99% of your security job will be just standing there looking intimidating but, in those rare circumstances where you must actually do something physically, there is a large bonus attached per “incident well-handled.”
