Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance to customers.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services, including diesel engine repair, shocks struts, and tire service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of all financial transactions related to services rendered.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
Utilize service writing skills to document customer interactions and service recommendations effectively.
Stay updated on automotive technology trends and best practices to provide informed advice to customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive service or as a Service Advisor is preferred.
Strong sales skills with the ability to promote services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with automotive systems, including diesel engine repair and general mechanic knowledge.
Experience in cash handling and financial transaction management is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
