Duties

- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure quality service delivery
Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
- Experience in service writing and auto estimating
- Ability to align customer needs with appropriate services
- Familiarity with shocks, struts, air brakes, and diesel engine repair
- Proficient in sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Cash handling experience is a plus
