Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commission-Based Sales Representative to generate leads and close deals for our credit card processing services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales strategy by identifying potential clients, presenting our solutions, and securing new business. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to deliver results, with unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our credit card processing solutions to prospective clients.

Client Consultation: Understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Deal Closure: Finalize agreements, and close sales to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services.

Collaboration: Work closely with our support and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and to address any post-sale needs.

Qualifications:

-Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or credit card processing industry. A track record of successful deal closures is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while adapting to different client needs and market conditions.

Technology: Familiarity with CRM software and basic understanding of credit card processing and financial services is a plus.
