Basement Waterproofing of Michigan is growing and growing! We are seeking In-home Sales Inspectors with immediate availability! We offer four (4) weeks of paid training and then a weekly draw for your first four weeks, which will allow you to learn and grow with us.
We have IMMEDIATE openings for professional and knowledgeable people who have previously worked in direct-to-homeowner/consumer sales. Our ideal candidates will come from a background rich in sales and/or have previous experience in the basement waterproofing, residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection or home improvement industries. Some construction experience is preferred, but not required.
Our company provides the leads (customers contact us for appointments) however, any self-generated leads you bring in will pay an even greater commission.
Candidates must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be fluent in English with the ability to converse professionally with customers.
Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to and from appointments
Be able to monitor and keep to a daily calendar of appointments.
We will provide training to the most qualified individual(s). Our Inspectors are Independent Contractors and must have or form a company. Inspectors must obtain liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. This is an opportunity to make $65,000.00 per year (to start), based on existing skills and previous experience.
