Our agency has been growing and needs to add to our roster. Our agency Innovative Medicare Partners is looking to pick up two new reps for our Internal Sales Rep position. This is not like every other organization offering a Independent position with no training and leads that do not work. Everything our internal reps are doing I have done or currently doing to be a top producer in the industry. One of the biggest issues in the industry is agents not having the necessary tools to be successful. This is a way to solve it.
Our reps will receive the following:
- CRM at no cost
- Dialer system at no cost
- Access to training from me and my staff as well as daily training for virtual sales
- Veteran leads, carrier leads and referrals from doctors offices to sell daily
- Appointments set for you daily before you make a call
- One of the most aggressive commission structure and residual structured systems in the industry.
Most positions like this do not allow for you to keep your renewals our agency does. All that is expected of the agent is to log in to our systems and sell Medicare and ACA programs daily. This is a work from home position. Life and Health License is required. Not all insurance agents will be accepted. We are looking for agents that can have a conversation over the phone and very good at pivoting. Resume preferred.
