Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with strong sales hunting skills to generate new business and manage client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on finding and developing their own leads, has a proven method for prospecting, and is passionate about helping businesses solve their IT challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects using a structured and repeatable prospecting strategy.
Present and promote KML’s services including managed IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, and cloud solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, and report performance metrics.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaign development.
Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services or technology consulting.
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Strong understanding of small business IT environments (PCs, networks, servers, cybersecurity).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Self-starter with a disciplined approach to sales and time management.
Compensation Options:
Option 1: $35,000 base salary plus commission.
Option 2: 100% commission-based structure with higher commission rates for top performers who prefer a fully incentive-driven model.
