Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at our tea shop, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and assisting patrons in finding the perfect tea for their preferences. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Assisting customers in selecting teas based on their preferences and needs.
Providing information about our tea varieties, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
Preparing and serving tea samples to customers.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop, including restocking shelves and tidying up the tasting area.
Processing transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
